He knows that you are not supposed to call your GF names. Unless he was raised in a barn.
YOU have to accept that you CAN NOT change a man (well in your case a boy) and it is NOT your job to raise this one, if he has no class or manner, as far as how to treat a GF.
You are (IMHO) too young to waste you time, affections, emotions on a guy who doesn't want to treat you like an equal.
