It happens, sweetie... I was really really depressed over my breakup not so long ago. Give yourself some time. Keep busy. You need your mourning so it is just natural that you'll feel like that. Except for the memory loss I had every symptom you had. Take your time. I'm sure you'll soon be back on track.

Oh and don't be afraid to ask for help if the depression continues for too long.

bfly36 agony auntHI im sorry this happened to you, it would ease u to know that alot of people go thru something like this weith break ups, you are probably depressed due to the situation. With time you should get better, in the meantime you should try to talk good things to yourself like telling yourself its not your fault and that someone good will come into your life soon. Try to stay away from him. Breaking up is a process and you have to go thru this feelings to heal.

Try to stay busy in the things you like to do and please confide in a freind how you feel for support. I know it feels really bad now but you will get better. However if you dont feel better after a few weeks i reccommend you go to your doctor and talk to him or seek some counseling, everyone handles breakups in a different way.

People always say, you dont need anyone to be happy, in a way that is true but when someone is a part of our lives and we love then and they go it hurts like hell so be easy on yourself. I hope this helped, i have struggled with depression in the past and it is hard but you will get better and hopefully others here can give you support. Stay strong and good luck.
