reader, anonymous, writes (8 February 2007): my boyfriend just recently boke up with me.. and about a week later he got with another girl and we have been talking on the phone trying to work out our problems even though he has a girlfriend he tells me he loves me and i ask him why cant we be together and he tells me i didnt show how i felt and didnt tell him what i thought and i read into things to much....
so he told me if i really love him i will prove to him that he made the wrong decision and prove that i love him..
How do i prove that how can i show my feelings and that i love him?? because i really love him and i want him back!!!

 You want him back. Does he want you back? The only way to know for sure is to ask him and try to change your behaviour of flirting with other guys if you're in a monogamous relationshop but all of this is academic. You have to find out if he wants you back first and if he doesn't there's not a great deal you can do about it except accepting it and hoping he can be happy.
