Well i couldnt take it and i dumped him and he thinks it is all a joke and he just acts like me and him are still going out. Also i just started this summer job and theres this really nice guy and we have alot of fun and i just dont know what to do. Keep going out with my boyfriend, or dump him and try to go out with the guy at work, and how i should tell him that its over for good???

 AT the beginning of your post you say Me and my boyfriend have been going out three years. That would indicate you are still an item. No wonder he's confused if you speak in the present tense and "are going out". The treating you like trash, in my book, is excuse enough to leave him. Do exercise some decency and allow a little while before you leap into another man's arms. At least enough time to shower and catch your breath. And someone who ends a relationship by "dumping" the person they have loved could be accused of treating them like thrash. Just a thought.But if your not married and want to end it because he didn't treat you well, you can act like the single lady you are and date whomever you wish. Try raise the bar in the type of treatment you accept this time.K :
