 well it is normall for a woman to take half an hour to cum its a well known fact! but maybe considering he fingerd you first then go onto the oral, or maybe both at the same time see if that gets you to cum quicker but it is usually 30mins it takes some sooner some alot later and some never cus their men/woman give up cus of the amount of time it took they dont get to cum! but maybe sittin down together and thinking of new things that could get you to cum quicker and trying them would be a good idea!

You need to make sure that the environment around you is peaceful and calm. This will help with your nerves and may make you enjoy the experience more. Setting the 'mood' is very important. You could try playing sexy music to get in the mood or try a sensual massage with lubricating oils.
Possibly suggest to your man that you want to be teased and tell him to go slowly and build up the intensity gradually. Take control of your senses and tell him what feels good, relax and don't rush.

 How about him stimulating you in another way and then going down to bring you to climax? I'm sure you both enjoy it, but an hour is a long time for anyone to perform oral, but that's not to say you're not 'normal' as that's not the case at all. Everyone is different. But if he used say a vibrator, his fingers, penetration, you'll already be someway along that long road and it should help. I am assuming that now because you're aware it takes so long, that you're not totally relaxed and perhaps it's actually taking longer because you may feel some pressure to be quicker, which is of course having the opposite effect.
