ArmyMedic agony auntTell her using CAPITOLS at the beginning of every word, Because It Makes Your Post So Much Easier To Read! Sorry I found that very distracting.

But seriously. Three's a crowd, you need to spend time with her, alone or she needs to find a guy. Does your boyfriend have any single mates who would come out on a double date with you? It's a very normal thing for the third person to feel left out.

jessica04 agony auntA lot of friendships get stressed when one partner doesn't need the companionship from the other quite as much. The one being left behind can sometimes feel like they were just being used as a waste of time (though this is not true).

Try to make a special "friend day" each week where you two just go out together. Have lunch, get coffee, go window shopping. Maybe try to include her in a few things that elevate her sense of importance in your life, like if you're buying a piece of furniture, or changing your hair color.

You just have to change the dynamic of your friendship to quality over quantity. She just wants to feel validated as an important part of your life.
