Dump him.
To be honest it sounds like he has dumped you but hasn't got the balls to actually say this to your face.
He sounds like a little boy and looking at your age this is probably because he IS a little boy.
Wait till you are a bit older to date as most guys your age are so immature they just can't actually handle a real girl.

really you guys just started dating.... If he's been ignorin u and you been trying to tell him why and he kept avoiding.... Until he finally told you.... cause you clingy and needy [ which by the way is a dum reason ].... He doesnt appeciate you and just probaly invented the first thing that came up to break up with you or to get away from you and be with his friends.... Now its up to you....!!!! And u should leave him ALONE for a while.... Just don't try to be after him cause then he'll feel special.... And then that's when he plays games and thinks he could play around.... NEXT TIME BITCH HIM OUT IF HE TALKS NASTY TO U IN FRONT OF HIS FRIENDSS...... LOL!!!!!!
