Tomorrow is non uniform day so im going all out to impress! But i just want to feel more comfortable around him! xx

 I think its a really nice quality both being shy. Give it time and let things progress bit by bit. Talk to him more, throw in abit of light flirting such as eye contact, and some touches here and there.
Don't rush it and it will happen, good things come to those who wait.

It sounds like you both seem to have the same feelings for each other. Try talking to him a bit more and get to know him, and maybe try to slip the idea of you two being more than friends subtley into the conversation. For example, ask him if there's anyone he likes at the minute? Hope this helps somewhat.
