I think I have a complete jealousy complex. but the thing is, do I have one for a reason? f.t.b.: me and my guy have been dating for 4 years. many arguments, breakups, and complications all pertaining to me being jealous have occured in this relationship. whether it be from him watching porn, spending time with his "girl"friends, roleplaying and chatting with flirty girls on the web, idk. I'm so confused and hurt all at the same time..i never used to be this way. jealousy was never my thing until I met him..i love him dearly! its just...all these things urk me so bad...so bad I could almost break up with him for it..should I be ashamed of myself? (gosh I'm crying while writing this..haha) is there hope for me to learn to trust him? how can I do that? I'm clueless..without trust....what is there..?

Tell him you will grow some trust for him after he grows some of that for you... Because his behavior is sick and harmful and not the behavior of someone who deserves trust.
