My advise would be to stop thinking about having girlfriends and concentrate on your education only. This is Pakistan, not USA or UK. What can you possibly hope to achieve from a relationship with her? Mazhab yaad hai? You cant even touch a girl. Some things like shaking hands become unavoidable sometimes but don't go looking for connection. Wiase bhi apni izzat apne haath main hoti hai. Us ne inkar kar dya (which is most likely) to phir kya moon dikhao gai class main? Stories like these travel very fast in girl circles. Mazaaq ban jai ga and you wouldn't even know it. Apni nahi to kuch us ki izzat ka khyal karo. If her mom, dad and brothers find out wo to jeetay ji mar jai gi.
And try not to be too influenced by movies and other media. Just because something is a norm there doesn't mean its ok or right for our society. Pakistani society is different anyway and you know it. So just enjoy your friendship with her and leave it at that.
And btw I'm not some uncle, I'm 21 years old.

 Well the next time that you are talking to her via text or the internet take a huge leap and ask her would she like to hang out with you some day after school, just take your time and get to know her dont rush in to anything and see what happens. She obviously likes you if she is also talking to you over web so dont panick.
