Fairy_Lu agony auntIts an infection honey you need to bathe it in warm salt water to help clear it up and go back to your piercer to see if he can reccomend anything that can help.

TasteofIndia agony auntHey there,

Go to a piercing place (best if it's the one where you got it pierced) and ask them what's going on. It sounds like it's infected, and they should be able to give you something to take care of it.

Good luck, sweetness!

birdynumnums agony auntIt's not a sign of rejection; it's a sign of infection. Make sure that the piercing is made of surgical steel. Rotate it a quarter turn everyday and use an antibacterial or antibiotic cream. If it gets worse or if you run a fever, see your doctor. Don't use any piercings that contain nickel. My daughter had her belly-button pierced and it also got infected in the beginning. She has had it in now for 6 years and it's fine.
