 Just have a break from relationships for a while. I went through a bit of a rough patch a while back and im kind of having a break from dating myself. To be honest im kind of enjoying the single life, and when im ready i will start dating again. So tell yourself that you want to put dating on ice for a while, go out have a laugh with your mates, do what you like. Sure chat and have a laugh with guys, even go out for a drink with them, but keep it light, and don't get into anything heavy untill you are good & ready.
