writes:What should I do?!?So it started a year ago when I started my new job. It's a small team of 5 people, 1 being a 19 year old boy (I'm 20). Of course everyone immediately started teasing us both saying we should get married, etc. On a night out I discovered that this boy actually does like me from 1 of his friends. I didn't really take any notice, but over the year...3 of his friends told me he likes me on more than 1 occasionHe flirts a lotI notice him staring at meHe comments on my physical features, i.e hair, clothes.He is constantly teasing me, insults, etc.He tells me jokes, funny stories.He asks me about my love lifeWhenever anyone ever mentions "us" in front of him, he gets all embarassed.The thing is when I see him out of work, like on a night out, he ignores me! I saw him last night, I text him to meet up and he didn't text back, I called him and he didn't answer, I ended up seeing him anyway and he ignored me and got a taxi. I'm really upset, what should I do? It's hard to move on because I have feelings for him and I have to see him everyday, I've tried been patient, but like I say it's been a year now! Anyone ever been in this situation?P.S. I don't think I have the confidence to tell him how I feel, fear of rejection :(

 Yikes, a year is too long to wait for a guy who ignores u in public! How very rude of him, especially when u make an effort for convo he doesnt even acknowledge u exist outside of work. My main rule was never date ur co-workers bc what if things end and ur still stuck seeing them nearly everyday..awkward. Do not pursue this jerk, he isnt that into u. I think youre looking into a lil much, u need to stop and move on. Youre young and Im sure there are plenty of eligible bachelors in the UK.
