 Well if it is 11 inches like you say, then there is not much you can do I'm afraid. If you are a virgin then the area down there will not be stretched at all so the only way to do this will be to actually have sex a few times (quite a few times with his size!).
If you cannot bear the pain then maybe a dildo or vibrator may help to get you used to having something sizeable inside you but apart from this there is not much else you can do!
