writes:I have been having issues with vaginal farting. Every morning i seem to wake up and have queefing episodes regaurdless if i had any type of sexual activity the night before. If i wake up in the middle of the night it will happen then too. i dont know if its the positions i sleep in or what but i find it to be really embarassing and i dont know what i can do to stop it. please help!

i heard pelvic floor excersizes do NOTHING to prevent this.

 There is nothing you can do it is because air gets trapped during intercourse or to do with the muscles within your vagina aren't very loose.. Look up some pelvic floor excersices on the Internet and see if they help you at all!! :)
