 This posting doesn't make much sense. You and boyfriend are apparently about 20-years-old, have been together six years, so that would be since you were both about 14. Yet you only recently first kissed. If he had his so-called "half-sex," which as others have said is ridiculous, with his previous girlfriend, then that was six or more years ago and he was bout 13 or 14. That's possible, but the rest of the timeline here sounds doubtful.

He did have sex, plain and simple, though if he only inserted half of his penis and didn't ejaculate, then I'd venture a guess and say it was pretty piss-poor sex. Now it's just up to you and how you want to handle his actions.
