Just remember this and you will be fine. Not having a boyfriend isn't a big deal. I know all adults say this but i don't condiser myself an adult as i am only 21 but concentrate on school not boys. I wish i had done better in school instead of chasing boys.
If you really are interested in being kissed just be confident, stand tall and tell yourself every morning that your beautiful, talk to boys yourself don't wait for them to come to you. Talk to this guy you fancie, find out what he likes and ask him if he wants to go with you one day! Don't be afraid to ask him out, he may just be to shy to ask you!
Please just remember there is nothing wrong with you your perfect as you are..Go get him.

 Boys are often scared off by pretty girls, they feel intimidated and scared of rejection.
I think this is probably what is going on here, if you like a guy try flirting with him or just ask him out.
You are only young yet so don't stress about it too much.
