 It sound's like he is a nice guy and maybe you can be friends and get back together eventually, but he broke up with you, so without speaking to him i can only think that's because he doesn't want to be with you.

Oh hun, i'm so sorry but you can't really get someone back who doesn't want to be with you.I know you don't see it now but your ex did the right thing by breaking up with you if he wanted someone else.If your ment to be together you will but please don't get to wrapped up in 'winning' him back. You can't win someone who doesn't want to be won.
