He would tease me and be mean and joke with me a lot. But, this year, he's not in any of my classes. So, I have no excuse to talk to him... And when I like someone, I tend to not talk to them anyway. Besides, I don't want to randomly go up to him halfway through the school year and try to talk to him. I mean, he hasn't made the effort and it would be weird.Yet, No matter what, I seem to always be able to catch him staring at me. In the halls all the time, if I walk by, he's always looking at me. A lot of the time, if i walk by his classroom's and happen to look in, he's looking at me. **Eye contact:) Even in assemblies or crowded places. I see him looking at me from really with alot of people between us. Is there something I should be doing?? I really like him and I think he might like me even though we never talk anymore.

ok....yes you should be doing something. he likes you. from what you told in your question he really likes you. some guys are a little shy and some are really outgoing and somewhat annoying...your guy seems to be shy. he might have the same dillema as you. he doesnt have an excuse to talk to you and you havent made the effort so he doesnt know what to think. just find him in the hallway or at lunch or anywhere really, if you want go up to him when he is with a group of freinds, if you are still uncomfortble look for a person your freinds with in his group and just start talking to them. just start out slowly, it wont be awkward once you start a conversation with him, after a while you will start to see clearer signs that he is into you, but for right now i can tell you he is absolutley into you
