Is there a chance for me to get her back or will she come back to me?

i was in a realtionship for 9 months and she broke up with me and now its been 4 months and we still talk and text each other everyday. the reason for her to breakup was her studies, she told me that she wanted a break and focus on her studies. She told me recently that she misses me. is there a chance for me to get her back or will she come back to me? and what should i do for now?
