However, my wife has used it as both an oral and a transdermal medication for decades and her skin still looks pretty good. I would never encourage her to go off this regime even if it didn't work for the skin. :DOn a more serious note, just the thought of something sexual can help the mind in preparing for an orgasm. My wife gets sexually excited at the thought of swallowing, just as I do at the thought of giving her oral. We don't have orgasms giving oral, but it is great foreplay and an enjoyable method of having sex for the both of us. We both get our orgasms without intercourse. As Miamine said, "Isn't most of sexual pleasure based in the mind?" Although sexual pleasure depends on proper sensitivity of the genital area, sexual pleasure is based in the brain. The sensations might originate in the penis or the clitoris, but it is the brain that feels it and decodes the feelings as pleasure. If the brain is not wanting then the pleasure will not happen. If the women hates the guy who is screwing her then she is very unlikely to have an orgasm.I doubt that swallowing semen does anything for the skin, but it is possible that having it on the skin could help with skin condition. In any case, it can be fun, so what is the problem except for being careful about a STI.

It is most powerful truth you have mentioned.
We are talking about 'semen'...It is pleasurable before ejaculation, and during ejaculation for the period of 'process of ejaculation'...say a few seconds, and not minutes. But then all erotic arousal go down below the normal level in men.
Another point, is about nutrition values of semen... is it advisable to swallow? and only by female? I hold the logic in it is extremely poor. In medicine even 'urine' is also used. After all human body is composition of chemical substance...But such areas belong to specialist. No doctor ever has advise to swallow semen for good health is certain thing.
And above and all....our discussion is about sexual pleasure....where swallowing semen is not advisable, even though it is not poison, not harmful...but it is also true that it is not erotic.

I do posses some scholastic grasp on Tantra, which can be translated in to English language as 'EROTICISM'
So, the idea of swallowing 'semen' is not at all erotic is firm and confirm matter...but those who want to do some exciting thing, not erotically exciting...can do, no harm....but why? Why one should inspire to do something inferior to eroticism, because it is shown in porn film?
Our mind should be train to choose higher option...is my firm advise.

As a woman, who mostly uses condoms, let me tell you... there is an overwhelming pleasure from practising sex without the condom. And in this woman, the ejaculation of semen dose cause orgasms in the vagina... But that's from my own experience.. there is a difference.. But unless you are in a committed relationship and willing to have children, condoms MUST always be used.

Respectfully disagree bharat mehta. Isn't most of sexual pleasure based in the mind? It is not only the mechanics of sex which give us pleasure, but also the sights, the sounds and the stories we tell ourselves about our partners.
Secondly, Semen is a powerfull substance. In the last couple of months of pregnancy, women are forbidden from swallowing semen, because this can start contractions and make the baby come early.
Also Semen, according to medical research, can lower depression in females.
There is no need to swallow if you have no wish, but to say that Semen is not important to sex, is misguided, in my humble opinion.

SEMEN IS ROOT CAUSE OF 'EROTIC PLEASURE'
To grasp such truth, one is required to be introspective, it is self-evident truth. It can be observed quire 'objectively' also.
Ejaculating semen, is at all not a good idea, from the stand point of sexual pleasure, and this is the reason, there is a concept of 'pre-mature ejaculation'.
Most certainly, female cannot feel any specific pleasure even when semen is ejaculated in 'vagina'.
Human mind has capacity to live with lot of illusion and lying and fraud.
I am totally unable to understand the logic of 'swallowing semen' and male can feel it as satisfactory? And, even female feel it as an adding of 'romance?'
Semen is necessary in 'procreative process', and has great power of inspiring 'erotic pleasure', which normal human intelligent mind can grasp without troubling himself to qualify as 'scholar'.
I think, this much is sufficient for this subject.

Your guy just wants you to swallow his semen. You might like it, you may hate it, it's your choice. But it's not harmful, and it's probably better just to improve your own diet.

No. Semen is simply protein. But I think it would be better if you ate normal protein like fish, chicken, eggs etc. Because this is a potentially dangerous way to get the protein you need considering diseases etc.

 personally i have not heard any research or evidence that semen is good for your skin...i cant possibly imagine how it would be. Did your boyfriend tell you this?!
i cannot see any evidence that swallowing semen will be beneficial in anyway except in a trusting relationship between two people who both want to do it to increase the intamicy (and are free of STI's).
DONT ever do it unless you 100% sure you want to and do not let anyone persuade you otherwise, whatever they say. xx
