 depends on your height. Check your BMI, it should help though it can be innacurate as muscle and fat have different masses

 hey it depends on how tall you are , how small you areif you are male or female and also if it is fat or muscle , as muscle weighs more than fat.i would say for an average male at 16 thats fine and also for a strong female thats fine.the only real way to determine overweight ness is using something called BMi , body mass indexhere is a link to the bbc website which will calculate your BMi for you http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/healthy_living/your_weight/bmiimperial_index.shtmlcopy and paste that into your browser and follow instructions to check Bmi , this is a rough guide which should help youi am a 16year old male weighing 9 and a half stone which is actually slightly underweight according to my BMi if that helps you ?
