He's asking because he wants your permission to have sex with another woman. And he thinks that by having you present will make it okay. Tell him no, and I would also recommend looking for a new boyfriend. You deserve to be with someone who thinks you're sexy, and also someone who isn't interested in having sex with other women.

If you are quite laid back personality wise then he's just chancing it and hoping you will say yes. If you don't want to, tell him no! PS - you say you are not sexy, but he wouldn't be having sex with you unless he was attracted to you would he? Don't be so hard on yourself!
