writes:i like this guy named Pedro and I think he likes me also..The problem is that he is shy I noticed that when he talks to me he gets nervous. I know he won't make the first move because he is shy..So I'm thinking about asking him out.OR just telling him that I Like him..My question is --is it wrong for a girl to ask out a guy?---Is it wrong for a girl to tell a guy how they feel about them?

 Almost four years ago i was in the same position, i met a shy guy that i really liked, we spent loads of time together but because he was so shy he didnt make the first move and we werent moving any further forward,However,i took control of the situation, told him i liked him and asked him out and guess what .....4yrs down the line we will be celebrating our 4 year anniversary in July, we live together and have plans to get married in the future. He was well worth making the first move for. I hope this answers your question.

 no of course it's not wrong to tell a guy you like them or ask them out.
i mean if he's shy then it will be a boost for him to ask you out if he likes you or perhaps tell you he likes you back.
but do make sure he does like you first why not ask him straight up if he likes you.. then that way you'll know :)
