Any day having unprotected sex runs the risk of getting pregnant.
If you miss your next period by 3 to 7 days, get a pregnancy test.
If it is negative , you need to confirm again on the 6th week to be absolutely sure.
Yes, the pre cums can contain some sperms and if you are very unlucky , will get pregnant.

 Yes, pre-cum can contain tiny amounts of sperm and just one is enough.You basically did coitus interruptus, not the most reliable birth control method out there. You are fertile two weeks after you period starts. So all the ingredients were there.On the other hand, you wouldn't be the first person to worry so much that they see every twitch in their body as a symptom.

 yes it is true that u can get pregnant from pre-ejaculation. cramping and back pains is a symptom. your appetite can be from stress and is sometimes a sysmptom to pregnancy. lower back pain and cramping is the embreyo is starting to form and after 3 weeks u can feel a heart beat. But instead of freaking out, u really should go pick up a pregnacy test or go to ur doctor to find out. and next time really try to be safe. it can be confidential cuz ur over 18..
