writes:I told my ex i still have feelings for him this tuesday,he sed he kinda worked it out for himself. He tried 2 give me reasons why i shudn't still like him sayin we didn't have much of a relationship etc which left me so upset, because he did not say he felt the same so i felt like an idiot.However the next evening he told me he has feelings for me which shocked me. I told him my feelings for him were more then a crush and he sed he has strong feelings for me too but he doesn't think we work as a couple, because he was my first boyfriend i was really shy. He thinks we should stay friends, i've agreed because we have a great friendship it would be stupid to lose it. But im wondering will i be able to not let my feelings get in the way of my friendship now. I've done this for the past year but now everythings changed because he's admitted having feelings for me.Thanks for all the help much appreciated x

 if hes doing that then yes he is confused too. he might not want to get to close to you incase he makes it even more confusing maybe? this is just my opinion from experiance. just be patient and see what happens
