We were naked and I gave him oral sex. He came on his stomach and a bit got on mine. Afterwards I wiped my hands and stomach with a tissue and he did so as well. Since we continued making out and he at some point touched my vagina and clitoris, I have been worried sick that there might be a chance of me getting pregnant. Is that possible?

 It's highly unlikely. You can get test kits and morning after kits over the counter at a pharmacy if it is playing on your mind.
You could suggest he wears a condom even if you don't want full sex. He might actually enjoy that as part of the experience.
