I've seen it happen with women at a young age, my boyfriend was a virgin and after we started having sex he completely changed and started saying i love you and buying me things. He's attached to my hip and gets jealous or mad easily if I go out with friends if hes preoccupied.

Yes, of course it's possible but apparently it's brought out some of his "insecurities". I also tend to think a guy falls in love with you after he has sex with you so I don't really listen to much to his "I love you" words before the physical, but then again, I'm pretty skeptical.
I would be reassuring with him since this is new territory for this guy, but also firmly let him know the jealousy is unacceptable and you find it controlling. I wouldn't be flattered by that like a lot of girls tend to be at your age. My boyfriend at 18 lost his virginity to me and he acted like that for about 2 DAYS and I had that talk with him and we ended up having a great relationship- we still talk to this day and I'm 35!

Simply really, but I wouldn't call it true love.

Of course, i would say it is 100% possible for anyone to fall in love with anyone they are having sex with. Although it does not give him the right to possesion of you, tell him you not happy with him being mad for little things like this or he wont stop.

That's not love. That's viewing you as property. That's why it's best to wait for a long time before having sex, otherwise some people can get like that (viewing you as property.) I say the property thing, because he has no right to get mad at you for going out with friends. And NOW he is buying you things??? Sounds like payment. Payment for sex. I thought you were his gf, not a prostitute. He should've been buying you things before yall had sex.
