Oh really? The age of consent is higher than 16 in parts of your own country. Or did you not know that Northern Ireland is part of your country?

have 16 as the consent age. You obviously need to work on your self-esteem as well as your spelling.
7 states have the age of consent at 18. They are California Wisconsin, Tennessee, Idaho, Oregon, Arizona & North Dakota. 6 other states have set the legal age at 17. They are Texas, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri, Louisiana, Illinois.
In your case, due to the age difference involved, you could also be charged in New York, Delaware and Florida.

 I'm not sure if it's illegal or not. I think it should be. And not only that, but she's 16! You're 5 years older than her, you shouldn't even be considering accepting this offer.
