Ok. Let him prove it to you. By waiting patiently that you reach the age of consent - and by starting dating you regularly.
What does it mean , " you are sort of together " ? If you are not dating, you are not together. And if he wants sex from you without being together, most probably he considers you just a young ( and disposable ) booty call.
