writes:Hello everyone,okay so my friend is 14 years old and she is has had sex with multiple partners,she has told me she used condoms everytime and her stomach has been hurting lately and she told me she hasnt has sex for a while..could that be the reason her stomach is hurting or is it some other reason?

Listen to all advices from ppl, your friend should see a doctor as soon as it is possible. It might be something not serious but also it might be something dangerous...
BTW, maybe it is none of my business but I think you should talk to your friend about her sexual activities, it is very very disturbing that she is only 14 but already had sex so much (and with multiple partners). That's not good...

 She needs to speak to a doctor ASAP, she could have anything wrong with her, including pregnancy or STIs(condoms aren't 100% safe)

 Not having sex will not be making her stomach hurt. That is simply not possible. It will be hurting for some other medical reason - if the pain persists for more than 3-4 days she needs to see a doctor.

 No. Not having sex has nothing to do with her stomach hurting. Since she's has multiple partners at such a young age, maybe she should get an STI test and a pregnancy test because condoms are not 100% effective. STIs and pregnancy WOULD make her stomach hurt.
