writes:I'm in my first semester of uni and I met this guy. We get along really well and flirt a lot. We have had out moments such as sleeping in the same bed or drunken nights together. There's definitely some sort of attraction but I also know he is hung up over his ex back home but he knows it will never happen with his ex. I think he feels guilty about getting closer with me, or thinks of me as a rebound girl.... but we've never hooked up or anything, we've just had a lot of cute moments. So this guy seems to be giving me mixed signals and I'm confused help!

If you know for sure that he is still not over his ex, then he's not ready yet. You don't want to be the rebound and end up used and hurt. Give him time.
