writes: i have met a nice guy a few weeks ago and we talked about going away..i am in travel and have the contacts so i booked and arranged everything.he said that he would book and arrange the next holiday.when i mentioned this to my mum she started moaning about how i shouldnt have booked the holiday and he was getting a good deal etc etc...its totally made me feel really annoyed now-is she right-is he using me? we dont know each other very well and in previous relationships going on holiday so soon after meeting someone has not worked out.

 I agree with deejuliet this guy may be using you. Not only to get a good deal on a holiday but for other things. Do you know enough about this guy to go away with him? I don't think so. I think you should put off going away with this guy until you know him better as you may be putting yourself in to a VERY vulnerable position!

 Without knowing this young man, my first guess would be yes, he is taking advantage of you. You are in travel so he can get a very good deal. Who is paying? Are you splitting the costs? Is he paying? Are you? I am very wary of this situation.
