Is a throbbing sensation down below normal when seeing a hot guy?

when I see a good looking guy I get a funny feeling in my bits, like a throbbing sensation and I notice it also gets very wet down below which I hear is normal but is the throbbing sensation normal? I can't control it at all and it happens several times a day basically whenever there is a boy around that is hot. it gets very intense and I feel very strong urges that I can't really explain. it's a good feeling but a frustrating one? does that make sense?? I've never been with a boy because my parents don't believe in dating until I am ready to marry. I don't really know what's supposed to happen.
