umm.. yes if you noticed a certain boy is inlove with someone, then yes it's likely someone else might notice it.. (depending on how well you know him or whatever)

and yes... a boy can be in love with a girl without anyone knowing.. but thats suffering, lives shouldnt be lived that way.

Honestly, if he wants no one to know, it's probably not a relationship you need to be a part of. But unfortunately a huge part of growing up is learning things through experience. Best of luck.
