In love with 2 guys but they both come in and out of my life

I'm really in love with two guys, one I met over a year ago we finishd after two and a half months together, it was real sudden and I don't know what happened one day I just got a text saying we were over im really confused especially as hes still going on to people about how fit I am an stuff like that. When im around him hes clinging to me like anything any other time he wont even message. The other guy I like but haven't spoken to in a while he again was all over me and then just disappeard im really confused and hurt an I just want it all sorted but don't know what to do about any of it please help with advice thanks all :*
