I'm sleeping with both my child's mother and an old high school friend! What should I do?

I have a major problem. I have two women that love me and I feel the same to both of them my problem is one of them is my child's mother and the other is a old high school friend I have been sexually active with both of them which I know is wrong. the old high school friend has three children and I feel that one day I will want more but couldn't financial support all of us. I really don't know what to do any suggestions.
