I am no expert on what should look like what. However I do know that clits/lips and any other part are different on different people.
I think you are a little young for even be worrying about what a boy will or wont think about this part of your body. Even having him ask personal questions like that on the phone seems a little disrepectful of you. Plus such a question could only be asked by someone immature and not ready for a loving sexual relationship. You should wait until you are ready and with someone who you trust not to judge you.
That said, I know you will do what you want. So i'll say that everyone worries about some aspect of their body when letting someone new see it for the first time. If someone is close enough to you to see any part you are not happy with then i would assume they already loved you for you and would probably not even notice something 'you' think is wrong.

Every females vagina looks different. Having a large clit is perfectly normal. Some are big and some are small. Just like every males penis looks a little different. I understand being a little self conscious about your clit, however, I am pretty sure that your boyfriend will not mind at all. He probably won't even notice. If you act like it's no big deal to you then he won't either.
Also, my best friend has a large clit that hangs lower than her lips as well and she has been somewhat uncomfortable with it as well, but her boyfriend LOVES it.
