A female United States age 36-40, *handanic writes:

I have been with my boyfriend for about 6 months and we recently had an arguement because i went online and found he was talking to other females, without my knowledge. He told me he wanted to make it work and not to give up on him. Talked about and I havent heard from him, reached out to him twice now. Do I give him space since its been three days? Or do I just take it as he broke up without me knowing and move on.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (22 July 2011):

Information is missing from your post. When you say you recently had an argument, just how recent was it? A day? A week?

What kind of conversations was he having with the other women?

My advice is not to contact him anymore. Wait 2 weeks and if you still haven't heard from him, assume it's over and move on.

Danielepew agony auntWas he talking to other females as a friend, or what?

I think you should really work on your communication. You two have to make things clear, and that is done by talking. If he refuses to talk again, then don't try and move on.
