A reader, anonymous, writes (13 June 2008):

I suggest you keep saying no for the next couple of years.

Do not let him rush you into having sex; you are young; enjoy all the fun and excitement, the building up; if you get into sex now, what element of surprise and enjoyment is there left for when you are in a serious relationship and old enough to value all aspects of intimacy? Having sex now will be like opening a Christmas present before Christmas....spoiling the fun.

Hold onto it, refuse. Do all the rest if you must, but avois sex.

A female reader, lotus mama808 United States +, writes (13 June 2008):

lotus mama808 agony auntUsually, the odar is caused by what you eat, believe it or not. A lot of sugar, red meat, wheat, peanut butter, and oily foods can cause candida (yeast infection). You might not have all the symptoms of a yeast infection (itch, burn while urinating) but odar is one of them, and if you change your diet a little, you will notice that your vagina dosnt smell like anything (which is the best way to smell). Also, LOTS of yougurt!!! Acidopholis is a culture that naturally occurs in yougurt, and it works wonders on yeast infection and candida. It also helps your digestive system and helps to absorb vitamins properly. I have never taken yeast infection medication, only tons of acidopholis, and I'm better every time. I rarely get them now that I have changed my diet anyway. Give it a try, let me know how it works for you.
