 I live in uk and there are laws about first cousins not being able to marry but I dont know what its like where you live but I guess from your post its not acceptable. So even if you fell in love it would just lead to heartbreak probably. I understand that as you did not grow up together that you see him as a regular guy but he is not, he is family. You already know in your heart this is wrong so imagine the bigger picture of people getting hurt, family etc and try and move on from this. There is no one thing you can do but try dating other guys and hopefully you will meet someone who will put him out of your mind in this way. You may loook back on this in years to come and realise it was just an infatuation and be able to laugh about it. Good luck x
