It wasnt so bad. I want to wear tampons because whenever I wear pads its so obvious and it doesnt always work and its gross. But if I do put in a tampon when im not on my period just to see if I can do it, it will affect me in anyway? I know your're not supposed to wear tampons for more than 3 hours because of TSS, which im worried about. Can anyone reccommend any good websites that have diagrams so I will have an idea where everything is? Whenever I looked down there I saw something that I thought looked like my vagina, it was kinda towards the back and it looked like it had something that I have heard many people refer to what is "lips", is this my va-jay-jay?

 Dont be afraid at all to look at your genitals because every one is beatiful in there on way.secondly genitals differ in size & shape from one person to the other.For the tampoons they come in different sizes look for the size that will be perfect for you.

just get a mirror , take a deep breath and look , remember not many girls acc no wat dwn there looks like , we're not like guys lol , and you should be grand

Well, as long as your genitals are not in pain or irritated in any way you should be fine. red is a pretty regular color as i understand. and for tampons, theres only one plae you can really put them, so just be brave and try it one day. youll be fine

 well, sorry to say, but your going to have to get over the fear of looking at it, your gonna be stuck with it all your life!, it could have been red either like maybe you scratched/rubbed it, or maybe the water was just hot. and you dont really wear a tampon, you know how theres three holes there? you have to put it in the hole where a dudes dick would go, and im not sure if you want to really use tampons, how many years have you been on your period? you should wait till your a bit older for that. they are not comferitable at all! they actually hurt specially if you put them in wrong. just stick with using pads for now, when you get use to looking at your "genitalia" then maybe consider tampons, and when you do start wearing them, dont wear it to school your first time, like use it when your around the house and see if it hurts you, or if you would be able to have that in there all day long. hope it helped :) ~Weird_Chick
