HonningKanin agony auntMaybe.

How long is a piece of string?

You ask a question without giving us a definition of it. Do you mean romantic love or loved in general by family and friends?(If family and friends then yes)

I am leaning to romantic love in which case the answer is maybe. It depend on what you do. Like if you avoid all suitors and or reject them that would be a no. If you allow for someone to capture your heart and mind and treat them with love and respect, then the answer will still be maybe. Its not a guarantee, but its more than likely.
