writes:I have tried in many ways to find love but can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it because I'm 48? Is it because I have a heart problem? Is it because I'm not that good looking? (don't get me wrong I'm not that bad) Or is that I don't have much money? The last reason I can think of is there nobody out there for me? I spend most days sitting in front of my computer waiting for an email or something of web sites that I have put my name on but so far nothing. I have tried going out to pubs and clubs but again nothing. Please help someone before I die of loneliness. I was married and had 3 lovely daughters. They all blame me for the divorce, so now I'm alone in this world, and I've done nothing wrong.

Critical first step, is to make sure your as healthy as you can be. Eat the right foods, such as vegetables, fish, etc., and get some excerise. Always check with your doctor before you make changes, such as excercise.

Have you tried finding love in people by maybe helping them? Sometimes the love of a man is not all what we women need. Volunteer to assist with the elderly, hospitals, or others. YOu will find that if you give love, it will come back to you. An embrace of another human being, if it is sincere, will put in your face a million smiles and will warm up your heart just like the sun does :)
