 Give her a call, she might not answer and her answering machine may have her name on it, or if she calls you back, you may have her name on caller ID. Just be careful in that direction, may be the roommates name too. It's not good to call girls by other names. lol

"Hi, this is [your name], we met at that party a coupla nights ago. Do you wanna meet up sometime?"
Hopefully she'll remember which, if it was only a week or 2 ago, she will.
