A female United Kingdom age , anonymous writes:

HI

i was bullied out of my last home (joint owner) and have struggled to get back on my feet.

#my ex partner took loans against the mortgage as he conned me into signing them by saying he had the right as he paid the mortgage.

at the end of the relationship (he had met someone else and had her staying in my house whilst i ended up ast my mams due to his bullying and threats and treatment)

he got a loan to pay me off ~(so to speak#) and my solicitor said if i took legal action i would not get any money due to no equity.

to put it bluntly - he used to come into the spare bedroom where i moved into and forced me to have sex with him (saying i would get nothing if i didn't).

#i was scared and before i met him had my own house with no mortgage.

i am back on my feet and feel justice should be done as this rapist and bully has got away with it.

or do i let it go and try to forget?

he earns alot of money and would probably get the best solicitor, but what he did was wrong. i would probably get legal aid.

his life is much better now and mine is harder and a struggle
