 Can you play guitar or sing? If so, you should serenade her, just like in the old days underneath her bedroom window. She'll flip. If singing is not your thing, then hire someone to sing a love song for you. Other things you can do is take her on a horse-drawn carriage ride and share a bottle of wine. Scatter rose peddles in the carriage right before you pick her up. She'll love it. Good luck!

 Thats a really nice thought. Your girlfriend is very lucky to have you.
My husband has done many nice things for me, but when I read your question one in particular sprang to mind.
He asked me to go for a drive with him one day. We drove quite deep into the mountains where it had been snowing. We stopped beside a mountain lake and had a picnic. It was totally freezing, but I loved every minute of it!
The local postman drove by as we where seated on a rug in the snow eating our sandwitches, cake and drinking hot soup...boy, the look on his face was so funny! He seemed horrified! I bet he thought we where crazy. We probably where, but I would do it again anytime.

Well it was valentines and i walked in the door and there was a heart note on the living room door telling me to go to the kitchen, i got in the kitchen and there was a box of chocolates, and a heart note saying go upstairs, i walked up the stairs and on those was a teddy, one of those me to you ones, with a heart note saying go to the bedroom, got there and there was a big bunch of flowers, and a heart note saying go to the downstairs cupboard. In there was him haha. was lovely actually. Never had someone do all that before. Never have since either :o(
