SirenaBlusera agony auntBenji,

You're only 13 years old! You sound normal to me. It's not good to compare yourself to your friends because everyone grows and develops at different rates. What you described sounds normal to me.

Remember, GIRLS tend to develop earlier than boys (Dodgybloke, you are correct in saying that 12 or 13 is normal for boys :) ). It's normal for girls to develop around 10 or 11. When I was 10, my face was spotty, gross, and it was so embarrassing.

I think everyone wonders, "Am I normal?" It's normal to worry, but it's unfounded. Enjoy your life and enjoy being young. My biggest regret is that I wish I had relaxed more, worried less and enjoyed my life more.

A dodgy bloke agony auntI feel your pain. You'll probably hear this from everyone else but this is totally normal. You normally start puberty about 12/13 but that doesn't mean you are covered in hair, looking like a bear (that rhymes). Neither does it mean you'll have a massive penis. Im 16, have very little arm-pit hair, lots of pubic hair and a less than average penis. Plus my voice is broken and, I dont mean to brag, but my muscle definition has risen greatly. So don't worry dude. All in good time...I saw most of my changes in the middly of the whole scenario!.

Spot on Jamer70, everybody develops at different rates. You'll catch up, mate, don't worry about it and try to enjoy your teens, look on the bright side, when I was 13 I was hairy, greasy and spotty, my mates who developed more gradually never suffered from the bad skin I got and still look younger to this day. Give it twenty years and you'll be so glad you look youthful and fresh!
