I think I love my best friend who I'm really close with but I always put our friendship first as we're so close and I've accepted that he may not feel the same way, however there is a bigger problem.The boys that my friends like seem to like me although I have no feelings for them and don't want to hurt my friends, but I'm very close to them all as friends.Next is that I go out and make friends and I'll end up talking with guys, I can sometimes tell when they like me and I'll start to flirt back but it's difficult to see anything happening as I don't think anyone will be able to make me as happy as my best friend did (we had a "phase") and it's difficult as I know that in theory I should like them as they are so nice! I haven't every really had a proper boy friend either let alone kissed anyone so I don't really know how this all works but I do know that I just need help in this situation or I could be in trouble!

I'd tell your best friend. After all, if he really is your best friend he won't make you feel bad or anything. I've had the EXACT situation in the past...one day we were texting and I go “I really need to tell you something...” he asked what and I simply said “I like you”. His first reaction less than 5 seconds later was “WHAT!?!?”. Turned out, he liked me too. You never know what could happen! ;) Things didn't work out between us, but now we are bgff's: best girl friend forever+best guy friend forever. We are even closer than before!....So I say tell him and see what happens....GOOD LUCK! ;)
