I think he is just using me!

ive been sleeping with this lad for ages now n he always slags me off to his friends but tells me he dosnt meen it n thats what they wanna hear my friends say hes just playing me but hes gorguss n i cant help but go back for more i realy like him but i kno for a fact im the only 1 hes sleepin with n hes told my friends hes realy inta me n "loves" me n he always rings n texts n talks t me about getting together...but it dosnt every seem to come out of his mouth like this....what should i do give up on him,ask him what he wants(but its embarrasing) or is he just using me?
